One of the most unprofessional businesses I have had the displeasure of dealing with as a new customer. Took 2 weeks to place me a cleaner only for her to cancel late the evening before her start day. The franchise owner Leigh stepped in and said she would do the job until she found another cleaner and would be at my house at 9am to start. She did not turn up or call. I tried calling her 3 times to find out why she wasnt at my house and she is not answering her phone. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. This has a knock on effect with me as I arranged child care for toddlers for when the cleaner was meant to come.
