Would receive a higher score but the call wait times are quote frankly beyond a joke. Been on hold 50 mins so far. If and when you get through to see a clinician it's always very good. Just a shame that the reception team let them down time and time again

Very unhappy with there care, both my boys are being sick with their coughing, and they have both had it for 9 weeks. The doctor put it down to hay-fever and wouldn't give them anything the worse part is one of my boys is only 2 and he ent eating because of his cough. Worse doctors I've ever been to.

Joined this surgery 3 years ago but only now do I have the awesome experience and reason to leave a review mainly because of my lucky acquaintance with Dr Vaida Momkuviene, she's such a great super doctor, she's so patient and attentive, kind natured and seems to care very much about her patients getting better. Please kindly encourage this doctor to remain with the NHS because she's awesome at what she does..I give shortstown surgery 10 stars because of her approach to her profession...

I have been without medication and trying to get an appointment with the doctors since summer, been on a doctors waiting list also, no call from them either, tried today and they can give me an appointment on 30th Jan 2023, which is unacceptable when I said that, I was told not to swear which I didn't and remembered staff the calls are recorded and I didn't swear which she started to calm down. Surgery manager was unable to talk, worst health care service I ever got.

Very disappointed with the quality of care or understanding of a problem, I had repeatedly seeked medical advice for a facial headache and headaches in general, been prescribed lots of antibiotics for sinusitis, Was sick due to headaches and told I have gastroritus, me and my and partner both told the doctor at one point that it is high blood pressure only to be snapped at and told I'm the doctor here.(yes I have my notes to prove all this) 2 weeks later was rushed to hospital with very dangerous levels of BP. Even the hospital said what had happened is a joke. This practice is desperately short of qualified staff especially when you have to give your medical issues to the reception before you can get an appointment. Still considering taking legal action against this incompetent practice.
