After being extremely sceptical about buying a new build property due to the horror stories you always hear of and personally working on site and seeing them, we decided to take a leap of faith and put our trust in Bellway and it was the best decision we have ever made. The thing that sold us and made us decide to buy with Bellway was our initial appointment with the sales advisor Adam he was absolutely brilliant and made us feel we could trust Bellway, he guided us through the entire process and Made us feel very relaxed with his expertise. We had involvement every step of the way and we got to choose and design the property to our specification which was amazing. It has had its challenges along the way as can be expected when buying a house there are many things involved and there are always going to be complications, but nothing of any concern. We have moved in now and I have to say I am A perfectionist and the standard of finish in the house is extremely high its is absolutely faultless and with the small few snags the site manager Dan got them sorted, Dan has been absolutely excellent to deal with in getting these sorted, Communication has been excellent With Dan and we can not compliment him enough even though he has to manage over the entire site he still takes the time to come over and see us and make sure everything is alright which just says it all really. Overall we are absolutely over the moon with our new home. Thank you so much to the site manger Dan you have been amazing, Steve and Adam also thank you very much you have made the process a pleasure.
