Empowering Yoga in Eastcote

Joanne is one of the best yoga teachers around. I am quite fussy when it comes to finding the right yoga class and it's been really fortunate to come across the Empowering Yoga classes. Joanne truly cares about her students and can support your yoga practice at whatever level you need her to. Highly recommended!

I am delighted that after much research online I decided to try Empowering Yoga. Having never tried any form of Yoga before, I was unsure of how I would get on. (And a little nervous). But from the moment I met Joanne she made me feel immediately at ease. The classes are fantastic! Joanne guides us through the moves in a really clear way. She takes time to ensure that you are working at your own level, yet equally gently encouraging you to push yourself a little further if you can, whilst giving advice on what to be aware of in each move. I can definitely feel I am growing in flexibility and strength with the each class. The space is calm, tranquil. The room is beautiful and light and I always leave with a glow and a totally relaxed state of mind. I literally feel like I have been given the time to put any thoughts of rushing about, what I need to do later, tomorrow, next Wednesday, and focus on the moment I am in. And in that moment, to totally relax my mind and body. I leave feeling so alive. If you are searching for a yoga class to join, then stop your searching now as you have found the one! I could not recommend Joanne and Empowering Yoga enough.
