Hillingdon SCITT provided me with an invaluable opportunity to train as a teacher of Mathematics. The entire staff set up is extremely professional, organised and very helpful. The training provided is first class and aims to enhance the quality of teaching and furthermore explores best practices within the industry. I am forever grateful to the staff who run the program and highly recommend the program to anyone aspiring to become a teacher. Keep up the good work!

I highly recommend Hillingdon SCITT as a training facility/provider for any aspiring teacher in the Hillingdon area. I came to teaching late as a career switcher and Hillingdon SCITT offered every encouragement, and all the support necessary for me to thrive following my decision to train to teach. I'm delighted that I chose them as my training provider - the colleagues, staff, expertise, facilities and support have been first class and I have established friendships and professional associations that I will treasure for years to come. I feel thoroughly prepared for my first full time teaching post this September, and the majority of this preparedness is due to the high standards that Hillingdon SCITT demands from its students. Training with Hillingdon SCITT has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. Having graduated a few years earlier, I was reluctant to go down the PGCE route and go back to university. Hillingdon SCITT allows you to be in the classroom, getting experience first hand as you train. One day a week is spent at Bishop Ramsey where you'll have thorough and invaluable CPD from an expert in teaching. The other 4 days are spent in the classroom, getting real life, hands on experience, working alongside a dedicated mentor. It is a challenging, exciting and life changing year that fully prepares you for a lifetime in teaching. The support from Dharmini, Barbara and Marie is invaluable and it is clear from your first day, that they genuinely care about each person who walks through their doors. I will never be able to thank Hillingdon SCITT enough for their ongoing support, care and expertise, helping me land my dream job at my dream school. Thank you all!
