Excellent classes! A hidden gem in Ruislip! Tonja gives great tuition on things like technique and posture. Her studio comes very well equipped with all the equipment you will likely need.

Im happy to recommend Tonjas Pilates classes. Shes an experienced teacher who knows just how much to push us so that we feel the benefit without risking injury. Tonja obviously has a deep understanding of the Pilates method and how bodies work. Her classes are small so she can tailor the exercises to suit our individual needs and limitations. Since starting Tonjas Pilates class my muscle strength has improved and Im getting noticeably less of the ligament and tendon problems I used to have.

Pilates Hut Ruislip is a great place to do Pilates. Tonja is an excellent teacher who closely monitors all participants, making sure the exercises are adapted to individual needs, encouraging everyone to improve and develop while ensuring no-one injures themself. The new apparatus (Towers) really extends you, significantly increasing the opportunity for full-body strengthening and toning.

I would definitely recommend Pilates Hut Ruislip. I was a complete Pilates beginner when I first came to Tonjas classes and I was a bit apprehensive at first. I neednt have worried as Tonja is always friendly, encouraging as well as being a very knowledgeable and professional teacher. Because the classes tend to be quite small we get lots of individual attention as Tonja can closely guide and check on us individually to make sure were doing things properly and challenging ourselves without risking any injuries. Im not the most flexible in the class but I always feel encouraged. Tonja creates a good-humoured atmosphere whilst still ensuring we get the most from each session (as my aches the next day prove!). The studio facilities are modern and very comfortable and Tonja keeps the sessions varied, even more so since shes recently introduced tower classes as well as mat sessions. Ive been coming to Pilates Hut for nearly three years now and I really enjoy it highly recommended!

I have found the Pilates classes I have attended here excellent and very good for helping with stretching my muscles and generally improving my posture. They help to strengthen my back, shoulder joints and neck muscles in order to assist in alleviating some of the pain I experience. The instructor is very attentive and does not force people to go beyond their limitations but encourages them to work harder when possible and also takes into account any injurys or areas that may be a problem for any people in the class and offers alternatives to an exercise when necessary. So far I am still a relatively new beginner in this class but I hope to improve and be able to accomplish more in time. The class is generally varied each week so you are not always just doing the same exercise which makes it more interesting. I would recommend this class to anyone whose aim is to improve their general well-being and posture and those who might also be aiming to become proficient in this form of exercise.
