        Saturday morning first thing I went in to pick up a prescription for a very unwell lady sorry we dont have the medication in stock its on order and will be here this afternoon I asked them to contact me as soon as the order arrived so I could go and collect it, no call or text. Monday morning first thing went in, same story. The man behind the counter is either a liar or completely overwhelmed in a shop thats constantly empty. I shall be returning tommorow and making sure they are reported after.

        The man in this boots is very abrupt and rude. He stood drinking coffe in front of customers having 2 different conversations while I was trying to get my prescription, they proceeded to keep calling me "mate"

        Pharmacy staff here are completely useless. They dont answer phones. Have to physically walk in and tell them to check their system as a prescription is waiting to be progressed. Happened 3 times now. Changed pharmacy now
