This is a brilliant place for so many reasons. The owners are so polite, kind and efficient. Without this shop I wouldn't be able to use delivery services so easily. This is a must have shop on the high street and I really hope they always exist! Thank you!

As a former staff member . Manager can be stingy sometimes. As a former newspaper deliverer . Pay is not great but good 'colleagues' and bonus money is rewarded at certain times of year e.g., Christmas. As a customer (as well as how they treat customers when I was employed) . The customer service is very poor and be careful not to buy out of date products (food & drinks).

Today afternoon I went to the shop to return my Amazon parcel. The shop owner was very rude and he was shouting at me very loudly. I was really disappointed by his odd behaviour and this was not the first time I had this kind of experience with him. Not sure what he was thinking his mind?
