        I had a wonderful experience at VIP. The receptionist was so helpful and accommodating, organising a last minute appointment as I was in so much pain. Nick was very gentle and knowledgeable and sorted out my ear wax within minutes. I would highly recommend VIP.

        Five star service Booked my Dad in here for ear wax removal, he was very happy with the service he received. Very friendly helpful staff and went above and beyond our expectations. If youre having any issues with your ears do not hesitate to come here.

        Great staff, certainly put me at ease. I was able to get an appointment and be treated quickly, very happy with the care and service I received from both receptionist Sarah and Tim the audiologist. He explained the procedure throughly and answered my questions. I give them 5/5 stars.

        As my Dad (86 years old) has been getting older we all noticed that his hearing was being affected. Saw Nick at VIP who was truly exceptional in dealing with both my Dads hearing loss anxiety as well as his prejudices around wearing hearing aids. Nick has an excellent manner and worked with Dad to make this a very kind and caring experience for him. Truly grateful for his expertise and support. Also a mention to Sarah who has been brilliant in all of our dealings with VIP. No recommendation does Nick enough justice. Truly an exceptional practitioner. Thank you VIP Team !
