Visualise Designs was exactly the service I was hoping to find. Our old wet room needed completely remodelling but I had neither the time nor the confidence to do it myself. Richard managed the whole process for me but ensured I was involved at every stage. He was completely professional, knowledgeable, reliable and friendly throughout. He took me to showrooms to help me choose tiles and fittings. He was appreciative of my budget and happy to make amendments when necessary. Under Richard's supervision the entire project ran smoothly and was totally stress-free. The final results are stunning and we are extremely happy with our new bathroom. I can totally recommend his services.

Richard has now designed and project managed five bathroom refurbishments for me. He is simply the best and I would not consider using anyone else. His eye for design both in terms of style and colour is second to none. He was able to take me to bathroom companies to show me options and to advise on what was practical for the particular application. His project management skills are very very good. I arranged a holiday whist the last two bathrooms were refurbed. To come back and find both bathrooms completed and to such a high standard, whilst I cannot say I was surprised based on the excellent service Richard always supplies, I was delighted.
