        I called the office of Ainsdale Finance four days ago regarding an important mortgage inquiry and spoke with David. He said hed send me a form to fill in to give him information for an appointment. However, I called him again today (four days later) since no form had been received only to learn that he left today on annual leave for a week starting today. Obviously not bothered and priorities lie elsewhere.
