Roll Evolution

Roll evolution is amazing, I've always had cellulite and this really helped reduce it! I use to always avoid wearing short dresses but my legs were looking so good after my 8/10 sessions I had the confidence to wear short outfits! I also noticed great improvement in my complexion. Venice is very friendly and professional too! Can't wait to do more sessions!

Venice is lovely and really knowledgeable! Great, bright space and was made to feel comfortable and was clearly demonstrated and guided on how to get the best out of the massage machine. Recommend!

Its basically a massage but actually a work out! Roll Evolution makes fitness enjoyable and in a relaxed environment. A real personal experience where you can see and feel the results. In an hour session you follow a specific sequence starting with your feet and finishing with your arms, breaking down that unwanted fat, aswel as having many other benefits. Venice is there with you step by step and full of advice when needed. Rolling is just part of life now, I couldnt live without my sessions.

These machines are amazing - I hate exercise and they are perfect for people like me who cant quite get to the gym. My cellulite has improved and my tummy muscles are so much firmer! My overall body shape has changed too! So so happy!
