I came 8 minutes late to my appointment due to an emergency and when I arrived I was straight away told they couldnt fit me in anymore. I explained I already washed my hair if that helped but the receptionist and senior stylist were not very accommodating at all. The senior stylist said she would need time to wet my hair, I would have been happy for my hair to be quickly sprayed rather than washed for the same price as I appreciate I was late but was told no. I just wanted the tiniest trim in time for my wedding but there was no questions asked on what I actually needed. What was even more disrespectful was that the senior stylist who was meant to do my hair was curling her own hair rather than actually trying to help me. Very disappointing service and definitely didnt make me feel welcome to ever want to book here again.
