        We unfortunately chose this practice when we moved into the catchment area. We really wish we'd chosen the other one next to it. Getting any kind of help from the receptionists is next to impossible as there is always some reason why "we don't do that" or "covid covid etc etc". The doctors have been less than helpful as well. I will say the Nurse there is fantastic though. Really really looking forward to moving out of this area and escaping to another practice.

        Very very slow this gp . You stay for them to pick up the phone 1-2 hours Extremely unhappy for the ladies from reception they stay there and doing nothing very unhelpful

        I and my family have always received excellent care from GPs, helpful receptionists, pharmacist and recently phulysiotherapy. Any suboptimal care is a result of cuts in NHS funding.
