Tony was brilliant and honest. Was prompt, tidy and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend. It took a while to get a free slot with him but totally understand why...Happy to wait for future electrical work

Tony and Richard helped me convert my utility room into a lounge. They were very professional, capable and helpful. As well as rewiring, they also did some plumbing, carpentry and plastering for me; all to a very high standard and for a very reasonable price. I'd recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Richard and Tony came round at short notice to find out why my master switch started tripping out, leaving me without power. Punctual and very thorough, they took great care to diagnose the problem, confirmed their conclusion with me and discussed the next course of action. Turns out my trusty electric shower was the culprit. Luckily there was a suitable replacement in a store nearby, so within a couple of hours I had a nice new shower and fully functioning electrics - no longer tripping ! They also cleared up after themselves. Can highly recommend Smarts and Sparks as diligent, honest, reliable and good value.

Cannot fault these guys, brilliant team. Richard and Tony came to install a new doorbell to my house and after the initial visit where they helped suggest the most suitable solution they came back to install the device. On time, stuck to quote, extremely tidy, great communication and friendly service. If you want someone who you will feel comfortable with and will not push you to have something more these are the best guys. They give advice that its right for you and your property and do not apply any pressure. I would 100% recommend and I will be using again no doubt.

I have known Tony and Richard for many years having worked with them at John Lewis IT department. Having trained as electricians on leaving John Lewis they were the first people I went to when I needed some electrical work done on my flat. As expected, they were responded extremely quickly and had arranged to attend and carry out the work almost straight away. They diagnosed the issues with my lighting and had installed and replaced the necessary parts within 2 hours of arriving. If you're looking for friendly but professional service, I can thoroughly recommend them - they bring years of problem solving experience!!
