We have been using them for 7 years and are very happy with the service provided. Reception staff are always very kind and helpful, so do the doctors. We can always get same day appointment for our 4 year old son when he really needs it. Can't expect more from a GP practice to be honest

There was a temporary glitch in the service during pandemic however they are back to normal and quite agile. Great doctors serving the community.

I have extremely mixed feelings about the practice. We as a family have been registered there for over 10 years and during that time have received excellent care from the medical professionals. However I share the frustration expressed here with the receptionists and the difficulties in booking appointments. I twice attempted recently to book an appointment for my daughter at the allocated times of 9am and 12pm without success. She is 9 years old and was passing large quantities of blood when she used the toilet. I next paid for a video consultation with a private GP who said she needed to be seen and to explain what was going on to the receptionists as she was certain my GP would want to see my daughter, given the symptoms. When I rang back and explained this I was simply told twice by the receptionist that she wouldnt book an appointment because I had not rung (this third time that day) at the allocated times and all appointments were taken. She would not book an appointment for the next day and I was told to ring back again at 9am and try again.

I spoke to someone on the phone who was incredibly rude I asked if there was any emergency appointments available and her reply was as this was an regent matter and her reply was your not the only one who matters and then rudely told me to ring the next day. I couldnt get an appointment and I now dont want to ring up incase I speak to her again! Disgusting costumer service
