Impossible to make an appointment !!! Receptionists will insist you have to pay for private tests, private appointments and see pharmacist instead of dr!!! patch appointments DEALT WITH BY THE RECEPTIONIST. Mostly not responded to, calls by doctors not made or kept. 4 patch appointments over 3 weeks in order for one drs call to confirm I needed to see a doctor. Wait on phone up to an hour to be told no appointments available. Absolute shambles of a drs surgery.

You will be on hold for hours on the phone, one of the worst things ever. Its so hard to get an appointment and the online service never works

The people on reception talk like they are doctor and they don't want to give appointment. I m still in pain. I just said it is bit better than last night and she doesn't want to give me appointment. Ridiculous.

The number of problems I've had with this practice have been numerous - I've just gotten off the phone after being in a queue for 2 hours from 11:20am, (1 hour as caller number 1 in the queue) however, sharp at 1pm they stop taking calls. I kept waiting till 13:30 before checking the website where it said clinic shuts between 1 and 2. Have the decency to cancel the call at least. Other ongoing issues - went for a check-up after a bad fall where I could barely walk - was told that I'd be referred for an emergency x-ray - the X-ray referral came 3 months later by which time I was walking again, albeit with a limp. Have had at least 3 appointments to discuss my sleep apnea issue - was told I'd receive a text message about a sleep test in 2 days - that was 1.5 month ago. Every time I go there, a different doctor. I've had good luck on one day, where I called this practice and got an appointment in 10 mins - that day I went and bought a lottery ticket and won 500 so it may just be general luck there.
