        Its a shame to see such poor reviews. Ive been with this surgery for 16 years and I feel so grateful for all the staff. Dr Eddington, Dr Sangheeta, Dr Jamil and nurse Sally all wonderful doctors and practitioners. Theodora the receptionist is so helpful and accommodating. I personally wouldnt go anywhere else.

        Terrible. This has been my doctors for 16 years and they dont care about the patients. I was seen yesterday after collapsing twice and they didnt even check me over properly, not my blood pressure or temperature. I tried to rebook an appointment today in order to be checked over properly and the receptionist sound rude and cheeky on the phone. I will indeed be changing surgerys. This surgery is absolutely terrible.

        Receptionist are extremely rude and unhelpful, ever since Kings road surgery has taken over Eastcote it has all gone down hill, after 50 years nearly of being with field end road surgery I've only just found out that they have no records of my allergies and it's down to me to prove it, absolute disgrace as a doctor's surgery.

        Never a bad word to say about this surgery! Its busy but the receptionists always try their hardest to work something out to help you. I have used the surgery here and there over the years now and never had any problems Doctors are great and reception staff helpful and sympathetic
