        I went to Subnet1 for the first time last week to get my laptop repaired. I had dropped my laptop and the frame behind the screen was broken. It was a complex job due it being touch screen. However, they did an amazing job!! It looked brand new when I got it back. They didn't overcharge me. Professional service with clear communication on all the steps they were taking. I would 100% recommend them!

        Absolutely amazing customer service. I brought in my laptop that was not booting and within 1 day it was fixed for a really reasonable price. The people in Subnet 1 were so reassuring and explained everything really well! Would recommend to everyone with an IT issue!
