Love Costa. Today I had caramel latte with toasted tea cake (hot cross bun). Coffee tastes nice, their flavoured syrups dont leave any aftertaste like some other chains. Another thing that makes them a far better choice over others is their food is clearly labelled for dietary requirements - a veggie or vegan person wont have to ask for every item if it was suitable.

i came in here and ordered a vanilla ice latte and attempted to get a panini as well. they made my latter wrong, and i could hardly taste the vanilla and they didnt add the sugar to the espresso so it didnt dissolve and i had clumps of sugar in my drink. as well as them giving us take away cups, so they dont have to wash up, they also turned off their oven early and refused to let me have a panini despite them shutting in an hour, all because they want to leave early. the girls running the place had airpods in and was on their phones and overall didnt seem very happy to be there. i overall had a bad experience with this place and wouldnt go again.
