Ruislip Running Club

Great Running club, fully supportive of those starting out and those more accomplished with their running. Lots of runs available during the week and on a Sunday a more relaxed talk & walk session. Highly recommend

I joined RRC late august and it's one of the best things I've done! I joined because I wanted to meet new people and do something that I enjoy. The people are so supportive and encouraging. It doesn't matter what ability you are as the club welcomes everyone. Different routes are planned each week of a variety of distances and elevation. There is no pressure to attend runs, come as and when you want to. I would 100% recommend RRC.

Signing up for this club was the best thing in have done in 2019. While I was looking for some way to entertain my evenings I came across this local club and was able to join the next day on the beginners couch - 5k club with a bunch of others that had similar fitness levels. The group were very supportive and always encouraging even on those bad days. I have found it the perfect way to fill my time being new to Ruislip due to being military wife it has been really nice to get to know so many people and make new friends as well as improving my fitness. I completed couch - 5k and now am a full member I hope to continue reaching new goal posts in 2020.

Amazing supportive club, everyone encourages and cheers each other on. There is never judgement, everyone has their own goals and achievements and as a team we support one another. I can honestly say the best thing I did since starting my running journey was join RRC.
