Gemma was able to answer my questions in full, and once order was placed provided accurate staged invoices. On site the work was carried out in 3 days as estimated. Jamie and his son, Luke, quoted for external cladding to my tired looking utility room. Their price was competitive, they turned up on time and worked tirelessly through the day. They did an excellent job. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again.

I was recommended by my friend to use JLock installations , and I am so pleased I did. This company takes pride in delivering a personal service which caters for your needs. The attention of detail and professionalism was not only refreshing but shows that they really care which is very rare. Throughout the process Gemma made sure everything went smoothly and was understanding that all my needs were met nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded promptly to my messages. The installation itself was carried out by Jamie and luke who did an amazing job, we're on time tidy professional and most importantly talked me through the whole process making sure I was happy with everything they were doing, a company trait which is highly impressive.
