A huge thank you to Sohail at 1SW for managing the decor for our civil ceremony and reception. Whilst I do appreciate that the pricing can be a bit steep comparative to some other providers, you can guarantee the quality will be there. From our initial meeting with Sohail, to the site visit and final day, we had great communication with him and felt extremely comfortable. His enthusiasm is infectious. We had a lot of flexibility from the team even when our outdoor event got moved indoors and into what was a rather drab room at the last minute, 1SW made it look incredible. I wish I had more pictures to share right now as it was magical! Thank you!

Avoid 1SW Events of Bradford 1SW Events provided dcor for my sisters wedding and the stage and curtains was quite tacky. Nevertheless, I thought to explore them for my wedding as was happy to pay more for better quality dcor. Unfortunately, my family and I were treated poorly. I mentioned the date of our wedding to the lady at the counter and she started showing us photos of stages they had done previously. It took her a while to look through each photo, which was fine, but I showed her how to use the right and left keys on the keyboard for her to scroll through quicker. She did not know any costs or sizes and every time I asked her these, she went to find someone to tell her. After the fourth time she went to ask someone, my mum suggested that the person could come to the counter and tell us details themselves. One man came and hovered around for 30 seconds while he was on the phone to someone, and tried speaking to us at the same time. We explained we were happy to wait until his phone conversation was done; he left and another man came. Not sure who any of these people were but by this time it felt chaotic and that they were not interested. I then told them my wedding date again and the man who was now off his phone said how they had a very important client booked that day. I asked if this meant they were unable to provide their service for our day, to which he said they 'can but the other client is very important'. I again tried to understand what this mean and whether they were available on the day or not, but I was told about this other important client about 4 more times from different people. I still do not know what he meant by we can do your wedding but we have another important client that day did that mean they cannot do our wedding in which case they should have said this an hour ago and not waste time looking through the photos? Or did they mean they were going to provide some dcor but not all? Or did they mean they might be too busy on the day so preparing me in case things went wrong on the day? I don't think I was unreasonable and I'm easy-going, but I think anyone would find it odd how they were comfortable repeatedly telling a family that they had another 'important' client and made us feel like second rate customers that they just weren't interested in. Overall disappointed and slightly humiliated. Go for Devine or Star Wedding Dcor!

I was really excited at the prospect of working with 1SW following their great reviews online and recommendations however my process with them has been extremely disappointing. I had an initial consultation call with a member of their team and nearly two months later was still awaiting my package quote. I reached out multiple times to ask why the lack of quote and communication and they apologised and said they would like a follow up call to discuss further. Each time I agreed however no follow up call was provided. I am extremely disappointed at the poor level of service and communication considering I was very keen to work with them as my first choice decor supplier for my wedding day. As a result i have gone with a different company who has provided exceptional service and makes me feel, as a customer, extremely valued which 1SW did not - which is very disappointing. It says a lot about a company if they are not communicating with their prospective client at an early stage of wedding planning and this did not give me confidence that if I chose them, they would communicate effectively as i grew closer to my special day. I really hope that they address this in the future and ensure that all future customers are given the high standard of service that one would expect from such a reputable company.

After speaking to many vendors for our Hindu wedding decor- there was no doubt wed be going with 1SW. Timmy was amazing. We received so many compliments on the uniqueness of our bespoke rose gold mandap and the colour scheme matched us perfectly! Timmy was amazing throughout the whole process, very professional and easy going. Thank you for executing everything so perfectly for our day!
