I have been training with Victoria for about 6 months now and as a person in my late 20s who has never exercised before making me to want to continue and go back is an achievement in its self! I find the sessions have variability to keep it interesting but also stability to support me when needed to do the exercises properly without injuring myself. Victoria always takes into consideration what else is happening with my body in each session and adjusts these appropriately. People that know me have seen a difference in my body and my weight has remained same without any changes in diet but with better body composition in fat, muscle etc. I am happy with the result and will continue to better myself and my mindset towards exercising and a healthy body

I really enjoy my 1on1 sessions with Victoria. Such a great motivator session are fun, pushing you to limits your never new you had !!! Everything from wellbeing to exercise plans is excellent. I would highly recommend Mind Body Coaching.

I have been training with Victoria for 3 months now. Her training has been perfectly tailored to me and well integrated into my busy lifestyle. It has resulted in a complete mindset shift and has made a huge impact on my energy levels. When we started, my biggest challenge was around maintaining long term consistency. I would often train extremely hard for short term bursts then find it difficult to get back to it when I got busy or fell ill. Victoria has really helped me to find balance without pushing too hard and losing the fun in training. She has a great understanding of my mum life and work life and the travel and commitments that go with it, in order to tailor our time to fit into my schedule. Our sessions have enough variability to keep them fresh and exciting while maintaining enough similarity to see real progression. I have already lost 4kg in a stable and consistent way, training twice a week with Victoria and once on my own. The larger benefit is that I now feel stronger and full of energy and even when I have been unwell, not only have I recovered quicker, its been so easy to slot back into training with her. Its been a complete change to my lifestyle. If youre wondering if its worth it, I highly recommend you go for it!

Her approach is fantastic, she shows empathy with her clients, helping you gently understand the psychological triggers that may have impacted your relationship with food or exercise. Her training programmes are versatile and flexible, you are never bored as she introduces new equipment and routines regularly to keep your exercise fresh and invigorating. Her use of psychometric testing helps her to understand your needs and build what you need to meet your goals. More than all that is Sharon herself. As a coach of both the mind and body she is unrivalled. She is passionate about what she does and that shines through in every interaction. Sharon has helped me to completely transform my life. Im fitter, healthier and happier than I have ever been. I would recommend Mind Body Coaching to any one.
