Absolutely terrible service my disabled father who is on pension gave this place his suit jacket which he wears every summer which he saved and purchased from marks and Spencers for 120 pounds he was unable to collect his jacket due to ill health but still went to shop in less then two months by uk law dry cleaners can not sell or throw away your stuff you trusted them with for at least 6 months he goes there guy there looked said its not here then said come back same day 3 pm for his brother to come so he went again this time the brother said we will have to look for it he took my fathers number said he will call back two weeks more go by my sick disabled father had to go to shops again this time they said their still looking for it I dont understand did this shop send my fathers jacket to Pakistan thats why it could be in hundreds of different places or warehouses where is it they dont even know they said they will call him I dont think they will call at all and threw away expensive jacket my father can not afford a new jacket he is on state pension the service at this shop is terrible not professional I know for a fact if we give jacket to another shop it would be there for 6 months collect any time !
