Worst GP ever.. cant say about doctors.. because never get past the reception staff which are horrible.. they dont care, dont give appointments and keep in mind if you need any kind of medical letter inspite of giving them extra money, you not gonna get it!!!

For a week we are trying to get for 4 years old and appointment as her ear hurts and by the look her hearing is effected ,because of constant "what" or "I can't hear can you put my music louder" . If I call in the afternoon I told to call in the morning as they don't have an appointment that day if I call in the morning they will offer me an appointment after week. I wish that reception ladies would get themselves ear pain then maybe they will deal with that a bit more with sympathy.

I have trying to get through the phone for an appointment without succeeding and online its show there is no open slot for third day now!

Worst medical system in the uk. They book an appointment after 15 days. And will lie they called and when we ask for the next appointment they book it for after another 15 days. And they don't even call. By the time they see the patient he will be on his death bed already.. Being doctors they don't understand the importance of the health issues. I don't understand why do they work if they are not bound to do the service for us.
