        Always seem to have the building materials I need. Parking can sometimes be a little difficult with lorries in and out. Very helpful staff.

        Have been using IBS since November last year and have found everything I need all in one store. Really surprised to get same day delivery when I was running low on materials. Drivers are very helpful on placing my materials on site exactly where I need them. I happy to support a local company rather than the big nationwide suppliers especially when they can beat them on prices. Thanks to everyone at IBS. Keep up the good work.

        Successor of the owner is arrogant. Probably his son. He keeps on fiddling with mobile while customers are in que and talks to them rudely. Other staff is rude as well
