        Do not use this cab firm at all!!! Quoted one price, charged another. Turned up half an hour late and then did not collect at given time and called to say would be another hour. Left 6 girls stranded at 1am in the morning, please do not use, totally unreliable.

        Not punctual at all. Came 40min late and as a result I missed my daughter's doctor's appointment which we got after a month wait. Don't use this mini cab survice. They are so irresponsible.

        Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional. I booked a cab well in advance (4 hours before the appointment) to go to surgery for my daughter's appointment at 4pm. The cab has never arrived. I missed the appointment, which means I have to wait for another three weeks to see a doctor. I called several times to ask about the whereabouts of the cab and they kept lying about traffic. Don't use this service they really don't care about the customers.
