        Christmas party today was entertaining and good buffet staff were very accommodating hope everybody enjoyed it like we did. Well done to the staff for organising it

        Would not recommend this care home since I've been informed tonight by my mother they have no dinner,no bread for sandwiches and no cooked food available. Staff had to try to find something which ended up being 2 crackers with a slice of cheese and a small bowl of ice cream. Not acceptable when people are paying over 1000 a week for this. There is a co-op at the end of the road if anyone was bothered enough to buy some food. Now I have to go out of my way to bring my mum some food so she doesn't go hungry.

        Great place. The needs and preferences of each resident were met because the ethos of the home is to provide person centred care and staff members did this effortlessly. Carers, nurses, domestic staff, cooks, activities staff, admin staff, maintenance staff, and managers were all engaged in providing continous holistic care.
