Please dont use this pharmacy their patient care is appalling. The staff are rude, they dont respond to your desperate please to process your prescription they take days to upload an urgent prescription leaving you without medication. Considering they are dealing with very vulnerable people who rely on their medication to function it is a disgraceful service with the worst people working there, it has a culture of rude staff who dont care. The price they charge are extortionate. Try roseway labs, they process prescriptions really quickly and the staff are kind caring and responsive and the service they over is so much better than this one. Doctors take not dont send your patients to this pharmacy they treat your patients appallingly.

My initial prescription was lost by Royal Mail and two weeks later despite paying for more medication and several phone calls and emails I am still waiting. Terrible communication and seemingly little regard for customers health and requirements.

There was a mix up with my recent prescription to the Specialist Pharmacy. I have to say that once I emailed and explained the situation to Paaven, the pharmacist, I had the most positive of experiences. He was very calm, measured and professional in his approach. He quickly understood where the error had occurred and put it right immediately. I felt confident that he would sort it and he did. Once the error was addressed, he was back in touch with me to let me know I could have my prescription filled. It can be stressful for customers/patients when this happens and I felt Paaven understood that and did his very best to minimise my worry. Thank you.

Really really Bad! Tried to call to order prescription for 2 days and after queuing for 3 minutes 30 seconds andthey put you through to a voice mail answer phone. Not good enough! I am now out of a prescription that I really need! Try a pharmacy that cares!
