initially enquired via email and then followed up on phone as i didnt get a response, lady i spoke to kept putting me on hold and then answering back to other people within the studio whilst mid sentence to me, she said to send an email and mark as urgent (however i then didn't hear back for weeks and had to chase). Eventually got a quote over email and i responded to this straight away with what they were needing from me and 3 weeks later still no response.. i have tried ringing both phone lines several times and forwarded my email again. Very poor/unprofessional service and really not good first impressions.. completely put me off - i wouldn't trust handing over my designs/fabrics to them.

This is my personal experience with Sew It In London. I found sew it London through the make it British website and reached out to them for some help making some tech packs. The lady on the phone was helpful at first and took some time to talk me through the processes. I sent the information that was requested via emails and waited for a quote, and waited, and waited, and waited. I called 3 times over the space of a week trying to chase things up and each time was greeted as though it was my first time calling them. Eventually they stopped answering my calls. Possibly they are busy and did not have the capacity to take my work, but an explanation would of been more professional. I have since found services with another more reliable company.
