        Would give 0 stars if I could. An hour to answer the phone and when I went in whilst calling they were all sitting in the office laughing and drinking cups of tea whilst the phone was just ringing out. The GP prescribed the wrong medication to me and didn't prescribe enough medication to my daughter. They also sent my prescription to the wrong chemist and didn't even tell me it was there so I was going to my regular chemist looking for it. Absolutely disgusting service and the receptionist Chris is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. If I could change surgeries I'd be running from this place. DO NOT REGISTER YOURSELF OR YOUR CHILD HERE!!

        5 days before they answer the phone, then told appointments must be made via email, emailed and the automated message said the email is only for repeat prescriptions and sick notes. 3 weeks and still not been seen by a doctor

        It is impossible to get a face to face appointment with this GP. Me and my wife don't even know who they are as in the past few years we only managed to speak to them by phone and booking phone consultations in 3 weeks time. It's like having a robot as a GP that only advises by phone...when you are lucky
