A month to get an appointment - same day appointments gone by 8.10 am and no chance to get one. They rarely answer the phone anyway when its not engaged. If they say they call you back dont hold your breath waiting for it - it wont happen. Receptionist coughing all over the place yet they expect everyone else to wear a mask. Excuse for prescriptions never being ready - 'we have too many patients'. GP's are paid by the government for the amount of patients they have so hire more staff who can manage your patients as current staff clearly cannot. This NHS scam has gone on long enough now - and people who paid all their lives for medical treatment should not be denied it because of incompetence, or be made to feel irrelevant being told staff are 'too busy' to speak to you.

So annoyed at them im in a hurry and i asked them to hurry up and guess what they ignored me 4 times after me turning around and giving a face they looked and said yea and then after they said that there is someone inside the doctors room and so that i went to check and there was nobody inside the doctors room they are lying so badly worst staff ever

Horrible service! I called 27 times, and I could not get through. The phone was either ringing or busy. I went there to speak with them, and they brushed me off to 111 and walk in center. What they should have done is have a conversation about booking me in for the following.
