Had many different treatments here from manicure to faradic facial. Even took my niece for a pamper and she loved it too. Staff and students are lovely . I go weekly for a pamper and always come out feeling wonderful. Prices are excellent when you compare to a normal high street salon. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Very poor customer service. Even the chicken restaurant will ask whether you have been there before and explain the process but in this salon no one cares about you. The staff members use the salon as a meeting place and they chat non-stop when the treating is in progress. They eat in the reception area and occupy all the seats and the guests stand next to the reception desk and wait for their turn to be called. I booked for an hour session and my treatment started five minutes late and after 20 minutes during the session the therapist applied a mask and said she will come back after 10 minutes which she did and removed the mask and said the treatment is over. I paid for an hour and got 30 minutes treatments :(. Such a waste they don't care about your business and I felt unwelcome. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere.
