        Terrible company. Some of the carers are nasty, bullying vulnerable old people. Put them to bed at 7 pm and don't bother coming back next day to get them up, or have not bothered to put them to bed leaving the person sitting in his wheelchair one night. Heard one of the carers abusing my neighbour- telling him she hates him and hopes he dies. Charged for half hour for two carers but only stay 5 minute and only one carer in attendance. Another carer put a whole egg still in the shell in the microwave with a glass next to it - blew the microwave up! How stupid is that
