Had my Ford Transit in to fix my electrics and a hole in my roof. All fixed for a very reasonable price! The staff at Thwaites are Top Tier! Couldn't recommend this Garage more! Thank you Thwaites!

Really disappointed with the works carried out on my van I had to ask them to put a different mechanic as the first one took 2 days to change the discs and pads All round and a service. Then when the work had been completed I drove out of the compound and the van broke down due to the o rings on the fuel filter being crushed when the service was done.the van went in for 1 day on a Thursday ended up getting it back on the Monday. They were very apologetic and I accept that but 3 days later my engine management light came on and in panic I went back to them on a Friday hoping to get it sorted over the weekend. They ordered the parts in front of me and said that they would be in Monday and I was thankful however no one contacted me until I went to the shop on Wednesday and spoke with the owner. By lunchtime the parts had disappeared and there was a shortage and they couldn't get them and my best bet was to get a dpf clean. I managed to order the parts and get them delivered the next day. Really disappointed as had work done there before with no problems.

Was taken in by the R.A.C 5 weeks ago tomorrow 18feb.nothing done, never called back. Picked up 17th by R.A.C again and taken to another garage and was sorted and returned today x less than 18 hours later .
