I would highly recommend Ian at the Podia clinic. I was having bad foot/ heel pain but nothing that straight forward. Ian has a vast knowledge and is very skilled. He has really helped me and is always a pleasure to see. Absolutely top service.

I received treatment from Ian in May for some severe hip pain I had been experiencing for over 6 months. Each time I stood up or moved after being still for a while I was in a lot of pain and it was keeping me awake at night. Ian has a really calm & very reassuring nature, giving me great confidence. He was really thorough in his assessment of my problem. I ended up having two sessions of intense fascia manipulation. The treatment was uncomfortable I won't lie, but only for the first few seconds. I felt great relief after the first treatment, and was back running after 2 days. But after a few days it worsened again. After my second treatment however I felt huge benefit. I had a few tiny twinges but nothing compared to the pain before. Ian gave me some exercises to do so I kept doing those. Two months after my sessions with Ian I am virtually pain free & can't believe I put up with so much pain for so long. I am sure that if I could have had a third session my problem would have been totally resolved, but I had to return home to Australia so ran out of time to see him. I would highly recommend Ian if you are suffering with pains or reduced movement in your feet or legs. 5 star +
