        Had (and still have) a dodgy overflow in our watertank. Heatcraft had promised to replace some parts which we had to wait another 2 weeks for even though they had been aware of the problem for months. Done the work, problem still not fixed. They said they had made some tweaks, still not fixed. Now looking for another company to actually do the work.

        Not sure about the service but whoever drives van with LN68 LCG numberplate deserves to have their licence taken away for dangerous, aggressive driving. Had them right on my tail today all the way from newhaven to A26 turn off towards Lewes with 2 children in the car. When they were able to overtake I saw them doing exactly the same thing with other drivers. I wouldn't want someone who drives like that anywhere near my home.
