I have been working with Hannah at stella childcare for nearly a year now, in this time not only has she found me a job that was perfect for me but also became a friend. Hannah is always at the end of the phone to answer any query or offer advice even when placed in a position and I couldnt recommend her enough!

Due to being unwell throw my pregnancy, my doctor advised me to get help with my son. I have a very active 2 year old boy. I spoke to Hannah and she got back to me straight away. She took the time to get to know me, my husband and my son so she could match us with the right nanny. She was spot on. She recommended Katie but also gave us the options of a number of other nannies. However she was spot on with thinking Katie would be a good match for our family. The minute we met her, we took her on as our nanny. She is perfect for us and my son loves her. Hannah also took the time to check in after we hired Katie to make sure everything was ok. I couldnt recommend Stella childcare and nanny service anymore. They are amazing. And Im very grateful for everything Hannah did for us on such short notice. I would like to add. I got in contact with Hannah on a Monday and she had everything sorted for us to meet Katie by the Friday. Nothing is to much. Thank you so much for everything.

Hannah is the calm, assertive support you need when youre sleep deprived and unsure what to do next! Both of our children have never naturally been good sleepers. From the moment we met Hannah she brought a sense of empowerment to us and gave us the tools to tackle sleep issues confidently. Her plans of action are manageable and shes with you every step of the way, checking in and making sure we are comfortable with how things are going. Thank you Hannah, you gave us back our sanity!

Stella childcare is run with real love, passion and professionalism. Not only is Hannah extremely experienced but she genuinely cares for children and families she supports. I have yet to meet anyone working in childcare who is so reliable, caring and all round wonderful person. Anyone working with her will definitely be wonderful too! I highly recommend Stella childcare to all families. For caring, personalised and friendly service this is the best place in Sussex to go!

Hannah is someone who has not just helped our children but our whole family. Her love and compassion for our two children would have been enough but helping us through the pitfalls of parenting has helped keep us sane and our children happy. Could not recommend high enough!
