Brilliant work all round from the team. The design and build of a gate and railings is superb and came at a competitive price. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout.

Alloy and Steel carried out some works at my house new hand rails and gates and there work was amazing. The staff are very helpful and after sales service very good. 100% will be using them on my next project.

Having commissioned an expensive but attractive balustrade with toughened glass screen it was extremely disappointing that the glass shattered spontaneously after only 15 months. Regrettably there was no acceptance of responsibility or offer to help with glass replacement. A complete lack of customer service.

Disastrous. This firm was contracted to provide a balustrade for three adjoining properties and failed to sufficiently secure the glass panels so that many fell over 2 metres and smashed in the courtyards. When contacted, the owner was unhelpful and shunned their responsibility to rectify their poor design without further payment. Excerpt from housebuilder correspondence in view of owner's response: "[Housebuilder] agreed a lump sum to supply and fit glass balustrades and Juliet balconies as a package that would comply with Building Control Regulations, and whereas the railings comply, it is obviously not fit for purpose in its design. Alloy and Steel were employed and price accepted to fabricate a safe product and at present the residents cannot use their front garden areas because of fear of the panels slipping. To date four panels have dropped and have needed replacing, so this clearly cannot proceed as it is."
