I pay around 32.50 a month and it's only my second month in on my young adult membership. Since I'm training for an intense career I mostly use their classes which you book on the app over the gym equipment. I go around two to four times a week baring in mind they said go as much or as little as you like. Last Sunday I recieved a notification telling me I need to pay 3 if I want to do the lyra pole class in Worthing, thinking not much of it I pay it thinking it's because it's different from the rest of what they offer. Not even a week later the app bans me from booking and demands another 3 for 'not attending' when I have not missed any classes I had booked for, like the Monday freestyle cycling and Wednesday dance fit session. Now I'm not so sure it's to do with being 'in debt' and it's the fact they don't expect you to use your unlimited pass more than once a week for young people but it's the actual gym room that you can use as many times as you like without limit since it doesn't require as much maintenance as the classes do with a paid instructor. Nonetheless it would be a good idea to inform people that there may be that rule in place at the start of you joining. Other than that the facilities, staff and social opportunities have all been so lovely and it's the easiest place to get to by walking or a reliable bus service to the old shoreham road with only a small walk after.
