A very professional, helpful company - excellent from start to finish. From the moment I first contacted The Waterworks I was very impressed. They arranged for someone to call around the same day and priced the job. Liam was clear and answered all of my questions. Jack replaced the boiler and talked me through what hed done. It wasnt a simple job as they had to get up onto the roof to replace the flue but it was all accomplished with the minimum of fuss and exactly when they said it would be. Each time I contacted the office I got friendly, professional service by people who listened to what I was asking. I will certainly use this company again.

Moved into a new house and the heating and hot water weren't working. The water works had someone out straight away within a couple of hours and had the parts ordered and fitted the next day. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough.

The plumber supplied to attend the leak in my kitchen was of higher level. I was so impressed I had to call the company to thank them . This guy instinctively knew where the leak was coming from and was three steps ahead of my thinking ( and I had lived with the leak for days !) he found the leak immediately despite me telling him I was sure the leak was elsewhere . Not only did he find the leak quickly he went to the shop and returned with the pieces he needed within 20 minutes . He confidently fixed the leak , fitted new feed pipes and seals to the washing machine, put the machine back in place and cleaned up . This guy was so efficient and smart polite and engaging. I would recommend The Water Works to any individual or company looking for fast precise and effective plumbing solutions . I cannot praise the plumber they sent enough . Outstanding
