Think your getting a bargain? Think again! 2021 sinnis apache 125cc. Bought bike new in May and thought wow what a good price for a lovely looking bike. In the 15 months I had the bike I never even took it out in the rain and bits started to rust even though its kept in a dry garage, the battery failed after 3 months then in August it dropped a valve and totally destroyed the engine. This bike had only done 1100 miles! Dealer and sinnis aren't remotely interested because once they've sold you a pile of junk they wash their hands of you. Thank you sinnis for your great customer service and I hope I never have any dealings with you again.

Emailed customer service .. they just ignore emails. I have a bike that has done less than 500 miles and doesn't work! Needs to be plugged in but can't be done anywhere in the world apart from Sinnis Brighton! 6 hour round trip for a bike that doesn't run properly. Sent an email to get more details on price of repair, this bike is just out of warranty and there is no way currently for it to ever work again? Avoid buying anything from sinnis! My experience thus far is shocking !

Id been to a company directly underneath Sinnis to try and buy a part. After waiting a stupid amount of time I gave up and called Sinnis for a click and collect. After a slight tense start to the call the guy on the other end went and spoke to his manager to see if hed be aloud to pick and pack the part that I needed. Initially I was told Id have to wait between 1-2hrs as everyone was on lunch. 15mins later the guy bought the part down for me
