        I would be very cautious before buying a product from Inokim, I have been trying to find a rear inner tube for my Light 2 in the UK for nearly two months, I haven't yet found any evidence that Inokim have any customer service in the UK, any emails I have sent have been unanswered. It's a real shame because the scooter is great, they just urgently need to get some helpful after-sales support. Even if they said "We're very sorry but there is a shortage of spares in the UK, we are working hard to address this" it would be better than nothing! I very much hope they sort this out soon.

        Excellent scooters and excellent customer service. I have purchased numerous Inokims through them and they arrive inspected and perfectly set up. Definitely worth paying them a visit if you are in the market for an electric scooter
