Apex Lofts and Construction

I would wholeheartedly recommend these guys. The quality of Josh, Dan and their team's workmanship speaks for itself and they have a great team of local professionals they partner with to make sure that you're getting the right trades in to do the right individual jobs. We had a BIG loft conversion done and the quality of the build is fantastic and the speed with which the project was complete was excellent. However, I think the main thing that sets these guys a part goes beyond workmanship. They are good at managing projects, handling client expectations, troubleshooting and keeping everything on track, which is hard to find with builders. With a big project like we had done, I'm sure a lot of trades people could get you through the other side to a finished build BUT managing all the little elements along the way and keeping everyone happy takes quality builders, project management skills and people who know how to run a business. Everyone knows having building work done can be stressful but I'm so pleased we went with Apex as the whole process was really hassle free. 110% recommend from us. Thanks guys :)

Josh, Dan & the team at Apex built us a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom loft extension. The few months prior to the build starting they were always available to answer our questions and came over a few times to go through plans which made us feel at ease. Then when the project started the structure went up very quickly and smoothly and this continued until work was finished. All in all they have been a great company to work with, always available if you need them and they have built us an amazing extension to our home. We would highly recommend Apex to anyone.

Dan, Josh and all of the team are hard working, talented tradesmen. They are attentive, proactive, and very passionate about what they do. They have great communication, professionalism & we quickly built complete trust in them and their work. They were a pleasure to work with and we cannot fault them at all. From the start their costings and timings were transparent and accurate - there were no hidden extras. The work was finished to an exceptionally high standard. They were very clean, tidy, and respectful throughout. We cannot recommend Apex Lofts highly enough. Thank you!
