Jay's Cycles did an excellent job. My bike was in need of serious work after a few years of hard riding, and a lot of parts wearing out. Great workmanship, and really good communications throughout. Excellent products were suggested and sourced. Also, fixed something that others couldn't previously and that saved some money. My bike is back to looking and sound great, like new. Totally recommend Jay's Cycles. Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

Jay's offer a door to door service which saved me a four mile walk with a broken bike. Incredible attention to detail, comprehensive and really well priced. There were loads of complications with my bike and the manufacturer which they took care of. Couldn't be happier. Glad to support a local, independent business. The only bike shop I'll now use.

In 15 years of riding bikes this is quite simply the best bike workshop I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. A proper family run gem. I've taken countless jobs to Jamie over the past couple of years (Road, CX, MTB, and hybrid E-Bikes) and he's always turned them around super fast, is very reasonably priced, and have been professionally performed. In rare cases of follow up aftercare, this has always been done straight away, with a smile, complimentary, and no questions asked. Truly feels like you're getting a VIP service, unfortunately this isn't just exclusive to me as I've recommended Jamie to others and they've had exactly the same treatment. Recommended!
