We needed a quote and subsequent job. So easy to deal with throughout. Friendly, approachable and professional. Couldn't fault them. Fantastic service.

Very disappointed with this company. They arrived at the appointed time, after I had waited 3 weeks for an appointment, to work on a 1st floor flat window with no scaffold tower. The 2nd time after another few weeks wait they arrived with the wrong height scaffold tower & were unable to safely do the work. They left saying they would be back the following day. Never came back. Left a phone message 2 weeks later saying they were too busy. Absolute shower. Utterly incompetent! Definitely would not recommend

Always had issues with house guttering; Installed 1100m-1300mm gaps between brackets lead to sagging, leaking joints, overflowing & broken brackets. Other tradesmen use less than 1000mm gap. Dec 22 website claimed to be a 'family run business with over 35 years experience' when new company had only traded for two years. Re-contacted Gibbons Oct 22 and advised company that carried out the works, Gibbons Windows Ltd closed in 2020, new owners were Gibbons Windows South East Ltd. Website stated Gibbons Windows began trading in 1987 being one of the few companies in the industry that had traded longer than their 10 year guarantee, promise back up ... give you guarantees. This was removed from the website the same day. Consumer Helpline reviewed and advised as Gibbons Windows Ltd were still active at Companies House, any guarantees would still be applicable. Trading Standards were informed. 12 Dec 22 wrote to Gibbons Windows outlining above giving 28 days for response - no reply.
