Companion Care - Eastbourne

The vet was a different one to the one we normally see, but molly was very comfortable with him, as were we. Molly had an infection in her eye, for which we received medication and a specialist appt the next day to check for glaucoma. Excellent service

I booked an appointment by phone and the Receptionist at Companion Care was professional and friendly. She encouraged me to book a longer appointment as my sweet dog was probably being put to sleep. It was a very sad and emotional experience for me but for my dog it was a calm and gentle time with lots of cuddles. There was no rush and everyone was so thoughtful and respectful. My dog was sedated first so he was fully relaxed and I stroked and talked to him throughout. The staff cuddled my dog after he was put to rest. They made a difficult situation so much more bearable. Jade and Emma took care of everything and I am so grateful to Companion Care for their compassion and excellent care.
