Recently had to put My Ford Focus in for a problem with the automatic handbrake, at Eastbourne Sussex. And a service whilst there. Turned out to be under warranty. Steve the Chief technician was excellent. Kept me updated. And although a service not actually due, a thorough check was done on the car. Needed to keep car overnight. So a member of staff was located to take me home. Later that day I became unwell so Steve arranged for the car to be brought back to my home the next day. With more petrol than I had left it with! I had nothing to pay as everything was fixed under warranty. Jordan on service reception was extremely helpful as were various other personal (whom I understand were higher up the team.) It's a long time since I have had such excellent Customer Service and care from a large company. Well done Birchwood, and Thank you again. Will be back for the full service in a few months.

Shout out to Disabled Motability car owners - after a rocky start with getting an automatic vehicle to test drive, the service from Birchwood Ford Eastbourne has been very good. They recently collected my car for its annual service and dropped it off afterwards, making it stress free. My car (a Tourneo) is comfortable and fits my scooter with ease.

Waited a month to get this to be booked in, van was off road untill then, paid for a full diagnostics test to determine what was wrong but test came back as nothing was wrong with no fault codes present but was told not to drive it as it was to dangerous and ford wanted more money to carry out more diagnostics test,( so when a full diagnostics test is not a full test? ) paid around 180 for test as I was told ford had the only equipment to diagnose the problem, how wrong could I be, found the attitude off staff to be off and just wanted your money, should of gone to Specsavers,.
