        Had a TV that got an led light issue. I've got Domestic and General cover through Sky, and they appointed Startec to do the repair. Karl was professional as well as polite when he came and collected the TV. One week later they contacted me to say its repaired and they'll delivering it back to me. Once again Karl was a gentleman. He set the TV up to show the repair, and after the ok from myself, went on his merry way. Excellent service, and the TV is as good as new.
